after much waiting i got my new family member today.my husband picked him up for me as im petrified of motorways
hes a male nosey be
he is a beauty!! & hes 5 months old.
now i hear many people say there chameleons go dark etc when they first get them. now when i opened the box he was a darker shade of blue but not black dark,but ever since i put him in his new home he has shown bright beautiful colours constantly.no dark colours at all.
is this a good sign??
also i did not touch him i just let him walk into his home on his own.
i thought that he would maybe hide but he has had a little wonder around but mainly sat right at the front of the glass watching whats goin on.
he will wonder around again then come right back to the front for us all to see.is this a good sign?
i wasnt expecting this at all.
one thing he does do is when we walk in and out the room,he will go sideways behind the branch lol then pop back up haha
next week ill post a few pics of him.i want him to settle more first before i show him my dreaded camera lol.
sorry for all the rambling,i just couldnt be happier.he will be treasured xx
