Just breed my Roxanne 3 days ago and now today she is in the dirt digging does that mean she already had eggs in her and would these eggs be furtal?

How old is she? Has she ever produced eggs before?

Yes July 20th this year she did and she saw me 1 time and then I back away from her and she's been doing it all day, last week Friday she was with a male

That’s an acceptable number.
It’s hard to know for sure if all the eggs would be fertile or just some of them. It depends on how far along the eggs/ follicles were when they mated.
