All of my chameleons prefer supers over crickets also. Heres a chart showing the average adult size of the most common feeders, it also shows how many are needed to eqaul one of the giant hornworms at its full size.(It's the chart from the great lakes hornworm homepage) It always helps me to figure out how many food items to feed. I just don't feed them supers very often due to the risk of impaction caused by the chitin in the supers shells. But they are nice as a treat or a once a week feeder. You should try feeding silkworms or hornworms, just about every cham goes nuts over those things. I once feed superworms for 3 days to one of my adult males and he didn't eat anything else for 4 days. Finally I got him to eat a 4 1/2 inch 12g hornworm that was about to cacoon. I don't know what it is about the supers but they are like drugs for chams. lol. So to answer your question supers are almost the weight of 2 adult cricket, but not quite.
