What type of Jackson are you referring to? Different subspecies of Jacksonii have different physical characteristics...

There are several subspecies which are all a little different. The most common is xantholophus which is usually pretty easy to sex. Males will have the three characteristic horns, and females usually entirely lack horns or may have a very small rostral horn. Of course, there are always exceptions, but generally, horns are the giveaway for sexing Jacksons.
