Jackson growth - How fast is too fast?

I have an approximately year-old male Jackson's, who has suddenly decided he will eat anything I put in front of him. His diet has grown from crickets and a few waxworms (refused everything else that was offered) to dubia, crickets, supers, and waxworms. Over the past week a typical day for him is 4-6 med-large crickets, 2-4 large roaches, and 1-2 supers if he's eaten more than 6 of the other two. He's gained 13 grams in 12 days. He's also grown 3cm over the past month. Given his (assumed) age, is it okay to feed him as much as he wants?
