why do you have those bowls full of rocks?

I'm guessing they are bowls to catch water. The rocks are so the cham doesn't get in them and drown.

Thanks guys I tried doing my best to keep Camelio happy lol I'm going to try and take him to a vet to get checked sometime this week. And yes the trays with rocks in them are to catch water and just in case he trys to go for a dip he won't drown

Can anyone tell what age he might be from the video? I was assuming he was about four to eight months?
