Hello,
My Jackson came home with me a week ago today, and everything has been going somewhat smoothly, except today I noticed one of his spikes is enveloped in what almost looks like burnt sugar. It is almost hard to the touch, although I haven't messed with it a lot other than to feel it. From the side where you can't see the brown stuff, the spike appears a white rather than the typical yellow. Please help, I'm not sure what to make of this! It could be dried blood, however I don't want toa ct without some experienced insight first.
