I have had my jackson fivedays now. I know there is an adjustment period for them, but I worry that my guy is dark most of the time. He is green around the head and a few spots on his back. He is also green when he sleeps and just after he eats. The rest of the time he is dark. He's finally eating but I am curious if I should b concerned about his color. He was definitely green when we brought him home. Maybe he just needs more time. Any advice is appreciated.

Most likely he's still adjusting -He may be a little cold - but with a Jackson you have to watch they don't get too hot . I keep my basking to one corner so that the rest of the cage stays cooler and she can get out of the heat. I wouldn't up the temps by more than a degree or so - and make sure he's been drinking when you do -
