Jackson care questions

So I just got a new cham, it is a WC female jackson, I was very hesitant to try one but decied to take the plunge, so far I am quite pleaseed with her eating and drinking pretty much in front of me, I dont quite know why I decided on a female first but I plan to get a male in the next few weeks so I quaratine them both at the same time, but I do have some questions on care,
She eats great, right out of the box in fact! I gave her 5 crickets friday and 1 cricket 4 mealworms satureday all gutloaded & undusted and then nothing yesterday or today as I thought that was too much, but she is a bit thin I think in the hips at least compared to a male anyway, should I feed her all she wants or limit the feeding more? I was going to give her a couple mealworms and WC moths tonight.
I dont have any calcium without D3 left, though I do have powdered oyster shell which is 99% cal if that would be good? should I just give her miner-al or repashy for the next few feedings so she gets some supplments till I get more?
From what I have read on jacksons I should be limiting her D3 and calcium or just the D3 as she is a female does she need more calcium?
What species of jacksons are ones avaiable WC right now?
Should I only use RODI water for misting? Our water is high PH with a lot of minerals so I am guessing bad for montanes?
Some info on her;
Cage, 18" square exo, as I broke the 18"X24" one I had:-(, will be moving into a bigger exo or wire mesh cage soon if the one I ordered comes in good condition
misting several times a day by hand for about 20 seconds with RODI. dripper with RODI.
I have not handled her except to put her in the cage.
light, several months old reptiglo 10%, on 14 hours, do you think she needs a basking light?
temp 71-78 in diffrent areas of cage with a temp gun.
No substrate and only fake plants as she is in QT, cage is not high off the
floor to keep it cool but totaly covered with a grass mat on all sides to keep her calm.
I can not see any poops yet?
I do plan to dos her with panacure in the next few days, there are no reptile vets near me and the one here charges around $80 for a fecal.
I would like to post some pics of her but my camera is not working:-(.

Here is a great care sheet on Montane Chameleon's writen by Hoj. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/hoj/634-montane-chameleon-care-info.html

For sure take a look at all the info in the care sheet. It goes into detail the supplementation they need.

For Jackson Chams they need longer mistings than other species. I mist mine 4 times a day at 5 minutes each time. It usually stimulates them to start drinking. They also like cooler temps than most other species but they still need a basking light to go along with a UVB. I would go with the Reptiglo 5.0 as 10.0 seems to be too much. 12 hours a day for lights seem to be the norm.

Thanks that was very hepfull, but it did not awenser my feeding question, I know they dont need to eat as much or as often as veilds but what about as she is WC and needs to gain weight? Do I limit feeding so she puts the weight on slowly or will all the food overload her system? I did give her another cricket and a couple small mealworms dusted with miner-al today, which she ate right out of the cup even when I was holding it:D.

I would say her body is 5"? I will try and get a better mesurement tomorrow, so is she still a juvanile?

I dont think the 10.0 will be too much? as it was used a good 6 months first on my uros cage, as well half the top of the exo is regular window screen as I had rust isues with it, so I figure that would block more of the UVB then the metal screen?

Another thing I was wondering about males, do there horns grow threw out there lives? Are the ones with very small horns just imature or will they always have small horns? I am just wondering as I start my search for a male now:D

Here are some not so good pics of her from today, I hope they work:), I dont know why she looks so red in the pics, does her hip/tail area look thin?

Anyone have any idea on how she looks? I am wondering if putting her in the shower is needed?
She seems to have got some nose rub this morning:-(, I got a couple crappy pics of it will put up latter, is there anything I can do aside from movimg her imto another cage? The cage is already totaly covered which I thought would stop her starting to do it in the first place.

Just wondering if she looks well hydrated etc? She has been mottled green/brown, not as bad as in the pics, for the last few days even though I have raised the humidity with a humidifier that comes on a few times a day between sprayings, temps are around 74 at the bottom and 79 at the top of the cage with basking 82-84 measured with a temp gun, could it be as I have 10%, though several months used UVB bulb on her cage and it is too much?

She Looks good to me and I will be honest, I think this idea of putting them in the shower is stupid!!! All your doing is causing your Cham extra stress that isn't needed, just increase the misting rather than removing from from there home
