I would advise against that. I bought this one first for my cham, and it did almost nothing for me. Humidity wouldn't get high enough, cage would leak and drip everywhere. Eventually I got fed up with it and bought a mistking.

Its longest duration is a minute, and the intervals areever either 12,6,3, or 1 hours apart. It did nothing for my humidity, and the intervals were too short for my cham to get anything to drink.

It also doesn't really mist, but "rains" as the name implies. You also have to fill the thing up every day, and it would occasionally run dry on some days.

Get a aquazamp or mistking. They're a little more pricey, but worth it. Digital timer allows you to set whatever schedule you could want, and the use of a 5 gallon bucket means you only have to refill every 1-2 weeks or so.

dont buy it. they are not very good and they break easy. just buy a mistking there $100. it the best thing i ever bought for my chameleons.

I'm interested in the MistKing I just don't have the money right now and I'll have to save up to get one. That's why I was looking for something a bit cheaper.

Although this is what I have also. They do in fact have great customer service save your receipt and paperwork it WILL most likely die and need replaced before the warranty is up.

Mine actually died leaked all over and almost started an electrically fire.

Wow... I think I'll just save up for the mistking. heh But hey at least I knew before I bought it.

I just bought my mistking after advise from the forum

The reasons I chose mistking over aquazamp was that I could get the mistking for 110-220V (otherwise I'd have to get a giant converter!) and that I could customise and add nozzles to it as I liked.

You'll be happy with either of those

Oh and I chose mist over rain because ernie loves it when I hand mist warm water for him!
