Itchy eye

So my chameleon has his left eye closed for about 2 weeks now. Not swollen or cloudy just closed. He opens it sometimes and I can see it looks perfect. But since yesterday it seems extremely itchy. When I held him to put him outside he started itching it in my hand so he must be extremely uncomfortable.

Hi there... Looking through your husbandry the only things that are off are your temps and the UVB strength your using. So your temps are a bit too high at 90. Should be sitting at 80-85max for a baby. With the uvb if you are using a single bulb fixture depending on your distance to the branch below it a 12% can produce a much too high UVI level. More details on this would be great like the measured distance to the branch below.

Can you post some pics of the entire enclosure including the lights on top and of the eye that is having issues? The indoor one and the outdoor one. When did you move him outside?

I just noticed you have two threads for the same issue. Since your other thread has more responses, could you post your filled out husbandry form there so someone can go over it when they have the time?
