Was noticing this on his arm yesterday , waiting for fecal sample before I take him to the vet . Do you think it’s a concern maybe subcutaneous parasite?? Of course I’ll have the vet take a look at it , just thought I’d throw it out there maybe some of you’ve seen this before .

Let us/me know if you find anything else out about it. My vet saw it and basically said what I mentioned above.
Got home today , and decided to check it out , scratched once on it look like there was some kind of worm , so I got some tweezers and pulled it off I don’t think it’s a worm but this is what it was

Wow, good you tried this. Did you put anything on the wound? Or disinfect it?

Yep it didn’t bleed or anything , . Seemed almost like some kind of skin tag maybe and poke injury . I bagged it up When I finally do the vet visit I’ll take him with me .. I don’t think it’s anything serious ..

Update : well after six days of hiding deep in the bush , Andre‘ (yes we named him after the giant) is finally out in the open like my girl . My panther is always hiding unless basking. But Boaz pmy female has never really hidden.. he’s definitely a big eater taking down three or four giant hissers a day , which I plan to cut back on once I’m sure he’s healthy . AnyWho after Close inspection this afternoon . I can no longer see the raised skin where the object was pulled out of . It’s barely noticeable , no blood plus etc. Papilloma Seems to be the likely suspect . But also could be A piece of stick won’t know until I take the piece into the vet ..

He’s a stunner 😍🤙🏻

Well after 7 days ,he finally gave me a poop .. I don’t know why am so excited about Chamaeleon poop but I’m sure some of you can agree 🤣🤣 . I know it’s 24 hours and unfortunately it won’t be by the time I get this fecal sample to the vet but just a little bit longer than that .. as the vet suggested it’s wrapped in a damp paper towel and in the refrigerator once we find out if he has any parasites i’ll be bringing him in for his first and hopefully last vet visit ..
anyWho Thought I’d throw it on here since some of you were pretty good looking at these things and knowing what’s up 😊👌 and an excuse to put some more of his pictures up too. Yes there’s some plant matter in the poop . No that did not come out of him , It did land in the ficus pot .
