Is this Veiled Cham stressed?

This is my 10 mo female veiled, she is in her outside enclosure for some sun.

A good thunderstorm just piped up and my first reaction was to bring her in but her color made me pause because I've never seen her with this color pattern before.

A good thunderstorm just popped up and my first reaction was to bring her in but her color made me pause because I've never seen her with this color pattern before, it's very bright.

Bright colors = happy
Dark colors = stressed
Right?

Looks like happy, bright colors to me. Why not leave her outside? She'll get a good opportunity to drink.
