Just curious is this the right calcium powder to shake my crickets in for my 2-3 mo. Veiled Cham ? How often should I shake the crickets with it? Right now I shake them about once a week... Is this too little or too much? Thanks

Hi there! This powder is fine but you actually only have to use it twice a month. Also you need to buy the same powder but with no d3 (this you are supposed to use with almost every feeding) and reptile multivitamin powder which you also use twice a month. Hope this helps :)

Same as above poster. That's Calcium +D3. I use +D3 every other week and Multi-Vitamin every other week as well (alternating). And use plain (no D3) daily.

Correct. you can use that brand of Calcium with D3 up to once a week. Dust just a couple crickets lightly; they should not look like white ghosty crickets.

You also need a vitamin and phosphorous free calcium/mineral powder to use more often, and a vitamin supplement as well. Plus you need to gutload/feed the feeder/prey items properly.

Thanks guys, I do gutload my feeders, I use cricket crack, fruits and veggies and cricket quencher. Any places online that I can order the calcium without d3 that I'm supposed to use regularly ?
