Sigh, so of course I was getting pics to post on here of my female soaking up some FL sun. And next thing you know PEW there’s goes her tongue eating this Asian lady beetle, now I have no clue if this will be lethal to her or hurt her... do you guys have any insight on these things with Chams?!

My cham has eaten a couple before(against my wishes). Never had problems. I wouldn't worry too much
