Is This Okay?

Hey my lights turn on at 6:30 and go off at 7:30. I think my Cham get up around 5:30-6:00. He goes to sleep around 5:30 to 6:00. Is this okay? He is a juvenile male veild. Is he just getting up and going to bed early?

Is your enclosure close to the window? Or does he have view at the window? Because it is totally normal when they can look out and they wake up and go to bed with the sun.

He is across the room from a window but it still light outside. I don't think anything is wrong with him though.
