Is this normal?

To me it looks like dry cracked skin. I don’t hardly ever handle him because he is so little and terrified so I haven’t felt it. In fact I waited until he was asleep just to get the best picture I could. The spot I’m referencing is the white spot on on his side. In the picture it is between his legs. I’m not a vet but the skin looks normal and uniform to me. Which I believe is a good thing.

Why do you say he’s terrified? His color looks normal and content to me.
