I have never had a cham this young before so I'm not sure if this is normal. His eye looks different then the other. He is about 7 booths old.

His rain dome goes off 3 times a day for 3 mins a session Should I bump that up?

Try just using a dripper. We have a mistking that goes off quite often and my oldest chameleon refuses to drink off the leaves from that. He HAS to have a dripper...

I would set your mister to go off every 2 hours for 1-2 minutes.
