just as a future warning- NEVER listen to the pet store. I was going to get some crickets and started looking for new carpet for the bottom of the cage. Then an empolyee came up and said I should get some kind of subsrate. I looked on the back and it said it wasnt good for chameleons. Shows how much they know

And i think it is normal for cham,eleons to just sit around sometimes. Ginger and Fred do it all the time! (those lazy little things)
