Is this mouth rot ??

Hi everybody my chameleon Karl has had these unusual looking growth things on his bottom jaw for a couple of weeks, I have been using an antibacterial spray on just a q tip every couple of days and it won’t go away, I’m thinking possibly mouth rot ? Poor baby any thoughts ?

Pictures aren't clear enough to be sure...but something is going on.
Be careful what you put on it...it has to be something that won't poison him if he swallows it.

Hey Karl,

Yes you can see there’s a bump on the bottom of his mouth. Have u looked into a veterinarian to better assist you with this care? These signs should not be ignored.

Also, at night time. Do u have a fogger to help with humidity? What temperature does the enclosure range between day and night ?

Do you also include vitamin powder ( some with D3 & without) can also help his immune system.
