Is this considered prolapse, hemipene or?

Noticed this piece sticking out of my male panther chameleon since yesterday.

Anyone with experience to share your thoughts on this?

Looks like a sperm plug to me.

Should come out on its own. If not, you might have to moisten it and gently see if it will come loose.

Whenever I see a stuck semen plug sticking out of one of my guyz butts, I spray the vent area with warm water from my spray bottle.
It loosens it, and usually comes out on it's own.

If that is one, it looks very dry!

What do his urates look like?

A prolapse would look red and angry. That would require a vet ASAP.

What you have is a sperm plug. You may be able to just pull it out gently. That is one of the joys of chameleons.

Thanks for the input everyone. The sperm plugs fell off this morning. I am relieved now. I panicked a little yesterday because when I tried to pull it a little, it looked like its internal organ was coming out together with it so I let it go.
