I just purchesed a "Marble Queen" Pothos is this safe? I see some eggs on the underside of the plants should I wash the entire plant w/ antibactrial soap and repot?

yes it is safe, wash the plant, rinse, rinse rinse, and then repot it with organic soil.

I got the plant and some top soil that should b good right? And I guess I should put some sand on the bottom and the top so the fungus gnats do not breed? Thank you very mucho!

Sometimes they will eat the sand....rocks would be better.
