Is this a burn?

I bought Chilli about 2 weeks ago off my boyfriends parents and questioned them about the grey/black patch on her side. They said it was there when they bought her (a couple of months before) and the guy in the shop said it would disappear with a few sheds. This guy also sold them calcium with d3 and told them to use it every day. Any help would be really appreciated! I took a picture in the evening when her lights are out because she’s a really light colour and you can see the patch better

I think it’s a burn as well. Also you should be using calcium without D3 everyday, and with D3 twice a month. As well as a multivitamin twice a month. Usually rotating between the two once week.

Yep I know that straight away I bought calcium without vitamin d3 so that she could have that every day. The burn doesn’t seem to be sore at all when I touch it and I’m taking pictures of it regularly to see if it’s healing
