Is this a bad sign?

The enclosure I currently have my chameleon in contains substrate (yes, I know that it shouldn't contain any however I purchased it pre-setup). So anyway, when she was eating yesterday she swallowed a small portion of the natural ground moss that reptile shops sell. I'm not sure if this is digestible as I haven't purchased any of it myself. She tends to defecate once every day or two however she hasn't done since Sunday. I'm concerned that this is possibly due to the moss she consumed so need an opinion on how long I should wait before taking her to the vets if it requires it?

I'm only housing her within this enclosure for another 3/4 weeks so the substrate will no longer be an issue.

Take substrate out now and replace w paper towels it will take 10min why wait and make things worse. Imo moss is a tad better than bark but still not good to have eaten. If shes not pooping eating drinking id bring her to vet. But take substrate out now, no need to wait

I keep my guys in bioactive cages with substrate and don't have any problems.. I'd suggest trying cup feeding... Mine all eat from the cup and anything that gets out climbs towards the top of the cage and gets eaten.. I've never seen my chameleons even really venture to the bottom unless the cup was empty and they were searching for food.. In all reality they shouldn't be towards the floor of the cage...
