Is she Gravid or something else?

My female veiled has been acting strange lately. She doesn't seem to be eating much (I don't tend to feed her too much in the first place, usually 5-6 crickets or 3-4 superworms). Shes about 9 months old now and I've noticed her puffing up for no reason at all in her cage until she sees me standing in front of her then she goes back to normal. My question I guess is can a female be gravid and not really appear like she has eggs inside of her? She still appears her regular sized self. I placed her laying bin inside her cage last night right before bed so I'll see what she does today.

Hi, I'm not an expert, especially when it comes to veiled, but I think that 3-4 supers per day is kind of too much. Also, is it her adult cage or do you plan to move her to sth bigger? I think 36 isn't tall enough.
Hopefully someone more experienced will tell you more.

And one more thing: do you know how much she weights? Is important to keep a record of female's weight so you know when she is gaining and might be procucing eggs. Also a pic would be helpful.

idk if this is the problem but i noticed u said 4 super worms a day? look up the nutritional value on those. they are super fatty and should only be fed about every 2 weeks

Hey guys!
I'll get on the picture taking shortly just getting in from work. I should have mentioned she doesn't get fed on saturday and sunday most weeks. For the most part she is fed crickets but when she is fed superworms I usually give her 3-4 but I will reduce that number to 1-2? She seems to have eaten today so I'll just have to keep an eye on her in the next couple of days!

post a picture of her and we should be able to tell you if she looks gravid or not but if you said she does not look so then maybe not!!! lol.

Heres a pic of her from the side and behind. She is still her usual green self and doesnt appear to be too chunky? lol

Again, I'm not an expert, but I think superworms should be fed not more then once every other day. And if you have a female probably less. They are quite fatty and your goal should be not to overfed her if you don't want her to produce eggs.
