Is my little Scrill a guy or a gal?

Hi there,

I just got my guy/girl a month ago and am curious about what the sex. From what I can tell he has a hemipenal bulge, but looking at other threads the color doesn't seem right. I believe he/she is around 3-4 months old. Let me know your thoughts please. He gets really black when he's calm and basking and can get really light especially sleeping and is starting to get some blue coloration around his face.

That is 100% a little girl. There is no buldge on her tail (maybe you are mistaking her vent for a buldge. The buldge is behind the vent on the tail.)
