Hey I have had my panther chameleon for about a month and haven't seen him drink in a few weeks. He eats lots of crickets. His urates? Are very white. Does he look fine? Aslo when I take him out of his cage he tries to bite me but once he is out he is alot calmer? Why is this? Thanks

Eye turrets look nice and full. If his casque has plump fat pads I would say he is decently hydrated. Hard to tell what his casque looks like in the pics. He's a cute little guy.

100% agree with the above comment, looks well and healthy to me. How do you supply water for him? Spray bottle? Dripper? Both? Auto mister on a timer? How many times do you spray a day and for how long? How long do you watch him to see if he drinks? Some chams are shy and won't drink in public.. how is his poop? Do you know what it's supposed to look like?

One of my chems don't drink in front of me. Unless they don't know that I am there and sneak up to them. The other just don't care. Just keep an eye on the eyes. If they start sinking in that's the sign that they need water.

Here's his head sorry if the pics are bad. I have seen him drink a few times but I think he is very shy when he drinks
