Your basking temperature should not be any more than the hig 70’s IMHO for a veiled chameleon that young.

you really need to get the proper UVB light asap as well…Reptisun 5.0 or Arcadia 6% long linear tube lights are the most often recommended.

Am I able to get the 5.0 reptisun uvb bulb instead or is the tube better?

Whichever one you decide on out of the two of them it needs to be the long linear tube light… or the short folded over or curly type.
