I would say if no male is present then she would not be gravid.

She could be full of infertile eggs or just like her food alot.
Im no expert but my friends cham started laying eggs the other day and she hadn't been with a male either

Just keep a laying bin in her cage just in case. Though if you followed the husbandry recomendations on http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/ She probably wont be laying any time soon, or if she does, it should be a small clutch.

Her eye looks slightly sunken in...is it?
How has she been behaving?
If she's not producing eggs then she is very overfed which can lead to a lot of problems.

IMO i can kinda see the "robins egg" has her appetite decreased she can still have eggs if no male is present
