Is kale okay for veiled chameleons??

Hi! I’ve seen a lot of different information about what greens Chams can and can’t have. I was going to gut load my feeders with spinach because I heard kale was a no, but then I saw that spinach is actually a no and kale is ok?

For a gut load or occasional nibble, kale should be OK.
I wouldn't use it for a staple for the cham., but others might.

I've used kale for years for the insects ...and turtles/tortoises, water dragons, beardies, etc....not tons of it ....I try to do all the veggies and greens, etc in moderation.

trolling? Ladybugs kill chams so if this is a legit post then your going to kill the chameleon.
