i have 1.2 year old male veiled cham that i feed about 3-4 crix and 2 -3 worms a day ...i try to skip 1 day of feeding in the week , is it too much food or to less ? can anyone help me with this

Thanks

I think that might be too much. At that age I would go to feeding every other day and go light on the worms. You don't want him to get fat. :)

so just give him about 2-3 crix a day and thats it or just 2-3 silks a day ? cuz i know that silks arent that bad on the fat they are safe to feed everyday right ? im waitting on my dubias to have babes so i can feed him those instead of crix or the silks

I'd give him 5 or 6 crickets and one or two silkworms depending on the size every other day. Silkworms are excellent feeders but all worms are fattening. Maybe try dubia sometimes instead of worms. I feed Luie and Camille 3 times a week but they are older. They gets crickets, dubia and Turks with a worm once or twice a week.
