is it good feeding meal worms to your Cham

No, mealworms are pretty bad for them. They have a lot of chitin and can cause impaction, and they have pretty little nutrition compared to most other feeders. If you MUST go for something like mealworms, then go with superworms instead. They are softer and less likely to cause impaction, but they are more aggressive than mealworms, from what I've heard. Spazzier too.

Some better feeders would be crickets, roaches, silkworms, and hornworms.

Please fill this out. Nobody can help you if they don't know everything about your husbandry.

Can you please fill out the rest of the form posted above by KamaKama (in full, including as much detail as possible, and pictures of your enclosure/cham)? If you did not know you need to supplement with D3, I would worry there are other things about your husbandry which need changing.
