How is the sunlight going to pass through the top of the cage? (I know the UVB from the UVB light bulb on the screen lid will.)

In cold/cool climates when the cage is near the window at night the cold/cool air is chilling (its hard to explain) and it often leads to health issues. I'm not sure if a foot is far enough away or not.

OMG i didn't realize that the window is glass and no uvb passes through but i really wanted them for a light source.
