Infection?

I just got my Jackson Chameleon about two months ago and I noticed these small white almost wart looking spots on him. Those have went away but now under his left back leg he has there brown sore looking spots, I have no idea what they are and I don't have the money to take him to the vet. Please help!!!

Is the sore area producing any discharge or bleeding? It's very hard to tell much from the photo, but one thing you could do without a vet is get some OTC Polysporin (without pain relieving ingredients) and apply it to the sore. If this is a bacterial infection this should help treat it and help healing. IF this doesn't help or the area is growing larger, it could be a viral or fungal infection. The Polysporin won't help and you would need a vet to diagnose further.

If you can gets your hands on some silvadene in the mean team I would apply a light amount of that till you can get to a vet. Need to run tests.
