Indoor Free Range/Outdoor Cage Combo

With this set up he can go and come as he pleases although he spends most of his time outside. His colors are better now and he is more active than he has ever been. In the morning he sits at the window until I open it so he can go out. When the nights stay warmer I will probably just leave the window open all the time.

I LOVE IT!!!!

I have had some dreams of a somewhat similar setup at my parent's house where they have this weird elevated window with an alcove that would be so perfect......

alas I live in a tiny apartment :p

Nice job, does he have a lot of branches in the outside cage? I see him crawling on the cage in your pics. He may need more "highways."

Every morning he sits on the branch that is in front of the window waiting for me to open the window so he can go outside. The weather here in So. Calif has been great and he is getting plenty of sun. He loves it.
