incubator question

I just got my lucky herp nursery 2 so i had a look at last night to see if it worked and it did but the problem was tht when i turned it to 29c the fan started going but when it reached tht temprature the fan stopped and it was still cold in side whats going on?

Was it cold feeling or actually colder? Thats only 84deg. ....and can feel cool. You said that it had reached that temp. so Im thinking that it just felt cold/cooler to you?
Did you use another temp. gauge? Good to have a separate one in case the unit's gauge breaks. Also having the incubator on a thermostat is also a good idea with a probe in case the gauge breaks and the unit keeps heating.

This also appears to be the same incubator that exo-terra is branding as their own.

It didint get hot it stayed cool i just woundering if i had to run it for a couple of days

Yea, let it run for a day or 2. You shouldn't have to though...but give it a try. If still doesn't work, take/send it back. Sometimes these things happen.......

Yea i will but it came late and shes ready to lay her eggs nxt week!!!!!
