My friends yemen chameleon has just laid 39 eggs they look nice and healthy but i just wanted to put on tht his incubator is on 40c and thts way too hot so what is the correct temprature for this?

what temp should i set my herp nursery to for veils? i have read so many reports from different places i thought you lot would tell me the the right one
thanks

At 40C (~104F) your friend is going to cook them to death, that is waaaay too hot! Most of us keep them at average room temperature, which should be closer to 23C. He may not even need the incubator, if there is a closet in his house which will stay that temp the eggs will do just fine without one.
