Oh dear, Ronnie! I found Lily's second clutch far more stressful than her first. I think it's because you are more aware of what's happening and also far more aware of what they should/shouldn't be doing and also what could go wrong. I think Amy is working on her first infertile clutch at the moment! Good luck and I hope all goes well for you and Trixxie! I ended up pacing the floor like an expectant father when Lily was laying her second clutch, lol!

Nothing new to report,she's still in laying bin and slept in it last night,i gave her an extra 2 hours of light before turning the lights off at bedtime,i've sneaked a look every now and then(made sure she didn't see me!) and she still digging around and then staying still for a little while and then going back to digging

She should turn up just fine, is this your first clutch ?

Nope,2nd time around!and just as scary as the first!The eggs will be infertile as i have never bred her

Hi,well she slept in the bin last night again and this morning when i turned the lights on she was out of the bin and sleeping on top of the soil in one of her plant pots,she started to climb up her vines and seemed to be having trouble getting up so i lifted her to the top,she seems very weak and still sleepy.She has had a drink and i gave her a small locust dusted in calcium,i had to hold it against her mouth and she finally ate it,she was freaking me out for a while closing her eyes but now she is up basking under her light,her eyes are still sunk in so i will leave her dripper on all day.I will remove the laying bin this afternoon and see how many eggs she had laid.
