my baby veiled chameleon is black on his belly in between his scales. i dont know if its is burns or not. please help!

Mine is 4 month old.. He has some of that blackness but not that much.. When he changes his color it goes away..

He could have burnt himself, Pascal (my Veiled) did that when he was about 6 months old. I took him to the vet and she gave us silver sulfadiazine, to put on the burns, it helped him, although his burns were worse, so he had a little bit of scaring on his casque (he burnt off the ridge of it 
)
