Idiots! UPS!

Hey they might still come today, sometimes ups puts that down when they cant make it by 10:30, also the shipper can file a claim and get your money back for shipping.

delivery exception often mean you can still arange to pick them up at the sorting center or some other phys address. call them and ask about it.....then call back and check with another rep just to make sure

Yea make sure you check with another rep. One time they sent me out to meet a truck driver and he didnt even have the package, so then I had to go all the way across town to find the driver that did.

UPS ill not refund a thing 98% of the time. If it is lost, yeah, they'll refudn shipping. If it's due to a weather delay, they will not. So, they lie and say everything is due to weather.

Eric you are not pressing them hard enough. I used to work there. If it is late even because of weater they will refund the shipping cost. I have had them refund money because a cham showed up at 1120 instead of 10:30.

Yeah I did the same thing. I shipped a cham and it got there at 10:36 and I made the post office refund my money. I told the overnight at 10:30 AM meant 10:30. they weren't happy but gave my money back.

Thats to funny!
But what if the driver was helping a handicap lady cross the street, and that was the reason?I have had all 3 chams arrive earlier then expected, and one actually showed up at 8:15 am.

I wish I had known this, the first cham I ever had shipped showed up over two hours late... she was fine, but I was already nervous about shipping and worried sick (and ended up being late to work because of them, actually.) Shipping that time cost almost $80, I would have thrown a fit if I knew it would make a difference.

ups never gets me anything on time, or in one piece. our local Fedex office does a much better job, and will guarantee live animal shipments
