identify this plant / tree

Well there is this plant/tree at work that has been here for 2 years and never has a single leaf on it and thought it would be cool for sancho and witch to hang out on when they are outside taking picture.

Anyone know a plant with minimal leafs that is like this? doesn't have to be this tree but I want something near it with branches like it and low amount of leafs.

Thanks but I don't want to have to register Hopefully someone here will know or know of any tree/plant that looks like this thick branches with little leafs and is about 3-5 foot tall.
