Hard to see in the pic but it looks like a type of Katydid. I feed my guys these all the time. Just be sure when feeding WC insects to stay away from brightly colored ones.

Chameleons tend to love Katydids. Green is a color chameleons can't seem to resist. Yes, they are healthy to feed your cham. Wish I could find them around me.

Believe it or not, this is the first time in my life that I have seen one. And im also surprised the wild tree frog that lives RIGHT where the Katydid is right now has not eaten it yet.
