You cannot really tell by color at this age what sex they are. It is also difficult to tell what locale they are (ambanja, ambilobe, sambava etc) if that is what you mean by "sub species". You have a panther that appears to be a male. I am basing this on the last picture you provided by viewing the tail base. The females usually have a thinner tail base and slight indent by the vent where the tail begins. If you could post some better pics(side views) of the vent area, I or someone else should be able to tell you for sure.
