Ice storm!!

We had a major ice storm. Power is out for 2 days, likely another 4 more. Chameleons steady at 55 to 60 degrees for two days. Staying in sleeping . I always say don’t worry about the cold, so it’s time to listen to my self.
Had to bring bugs in by the fireplace.
We will see how well they endure. I do believe they will be fine.

They should be fine. Around here, 2-4 days is a minor ice storm; the last major ice storm had the power out for 2-4 weeks. Wood heat is our backup as well (HW is gas, & needs no power).

Can you circle the enclosures around the FP as well? I don't have to tell you to keep the draft going or that smoke is bad for everyone.

"Survival" tip: board games. Unless you all play acoustic instruments.
