So I was all excited that my now 1-1/2 y.o. graceful cham Rorschach started to come to me willingly a few months ago and actually liked hanging out with me. A few weeks ago, however, this took a turn toward the weird...
He started trying to... um... mate with my hand, if you will. First I thought he was just backing up toward the cage, wanting back, but then he changed direction. A lot. Hahaha
He was on a roll for a while, rubbing his pelvis on me almost every time he came to me, then he slacked off for about a week. Now he just started again! One time there was actually a visual of the hemipene before I could get him back to his branch to stop him. Once he even went to my friend and did it - he is usually wary of new people and won't go to them, so this was VERY odd!
It is so weird and uncomfortable! And yeah, a little comical. Anyone else have this issue?
