Leave the light on its normal schedule, you put him in sleep mode when you turned the lights off.

Up the mistings and let the skin fall off on its own it will. Do not try to help him shed, other than mist more and keep that humidity up, that will help him shed.

He is find. They will often get very light when they sleep. He is going to shed the rest of his skin, just mist him a lot. When he wakes up tomorrow he will return to his normal self.

Just let me know tomorrow how he is. I will be waiting to hear from.

My chameleon will do that too I just mist him more than usual to help the shed come off; no need to change anything else as far as light or heat. He will actually still eat too and if not thats ok the shed comes off within a day or so and depending on his age/how big he is, he shouldnt have issues w stuck shed if u mist him well enough. He will shed periodically during his life its a natural growth process for reptiles captive and in the wild. Some (reptiles) will eat their shed, most u just clean out of their habitats. It is a rather extra ordinary thing to see.. and wait till u see what he looks like after the shed. They may have a "sleep shade." Reptiles r amazing.

sometimes they will fall asleep before they have completely lost all their skin. Here is a pic of mine with shed hanging off his body while sleeping.
