I need help

I am trying to ship a chameleon via our sponsor shipmyreptile.com or whatever and i cant find any fedex location to take the live animal and ship it. i really dont know what to do now. i want to use this service but it doesnt seem like its going to happen. i called their customer support and they told me i need a license to ship animals and that they only ship business to business. i dont know what to think, i need to ship this guy first thing monday morning.

I have you tried calling some of the sites sponsors and see how they go about on ways of shipping chams

I was under the impression that ship my reptile did everything for you, sends you the box all set up and then you just send it back to them. Isn't that what you are paying for? I know I have mentioned it to you before but I have shipped USPS quite a few times with no I'll affects ( I know it is not the most preferred method ) I wish you luck getting the info you are looking for, I wish I could be more helpful

I would recommend UPS. I personally like them much better. I would also recommend not taking the cham to the service center until right before they close and have the buyer pick up the next morning at their service center so the cham want have to ride in a hot truck for delivery to their house. It's been HOT here in FL so be sure to use a cool pack. Do you need any info on how to pack? If you do this old thread of mine is good.

I have used this link and ended up dropping the cham off at a kinkos copy place. Not sure if you have those in your area.

I had the same issue when trying to ship my bearded dragons. The solution to that is contact the main hub around you and most likely they ship them out. I had to talk to several people at these locations because some said they did and others said they do not. I would keep calling around and someone will ship them out. Fedex are the people who helped me out.

they wont take them anywhere near bakersfield, ca. especially not at a fedex office, which goes against the whole helpful aspect of the service. idk. just stressing.

Thanks so much! UPS is the way I will be shipping. I just spoke to them, and they actually knew what they were talking about.
