I need help with my misting system ASAP

Hello I posted yesterday about having problems with my Monsoon RS 400....... And I have had a lot of views but not one letter of actual help not even a " Hello. " Now my problems have gotten worse. My system is no spraying the water every minute or so and spraying for like 10 seconds when I have it set to spray every two hours for 30 seconds ?!?!?!?!?! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.... Any IDEAS ?!!?!?

Hi there. Can I suggest you return it and get your money back. I should be under warrenty. I'm afraid that there are some bad ones out there. I've had three. I've heard that you can bypass the timer and use a separate one.

Hey Kate yes I was just looking at that....... I was reading the pros and cons on the system on amazon.... Because I was thinking of buying another one.........Thank god I didnt. Also its not under warranty its over a year old. Looks like I'll be getting another timmer and setting it for 7 days for one min every 2 hours. Thank you for your comment seeing how my other post was never touched !!!!!!!

I kept my last one for a spare and bought a mistking. It doesn't compare. However the monsoon does look nice.

Sorry you did not get help sooner but yes it sounds like the system had gone for a crapper, I would look at the mistking and aquazamp systems.

Mine did the exact same thing. It is a shame that these have so many problems, because it really works well when it works right! Its also a shame so many are stuck with them. Did you try contacting the manufacturer? They may be willing to help repair or replace it.

By the way I would also suggest the MistKing or AquaZamp systems .

I'm not familiar with that product. I suggest a Mist King sprayer www.mistking.com I also suggest getting in contact with Exo Terra and see if they have a suggestion.
