I need help fist time here my chams tail look bad is bleeding and her tail don’t shed as good

Please help fist time owning a Cham looking for a creative vet near me soon as I can get some time of work

I'm assuming you meant He. If the vertebrae is showing you need a vet. That part that's dead has necrosis, so I'm saying vet. If the bleeding stops use some anti bacterial cream, (neosporin). Normally I'd say if the bleeding stop then you dont a vet necessarily, but with signs of necrosis you need a vet, can lead to other infections and issues.
 
No way around it, a vet is a must. How did this happen?

I bought him in the reptile expo didn’t notice and when I got home saw the tail just the tip not good. then in 2 weeks he shed and started bleeding I put some neosporin and spray him so it can alway be Lubed so it won’t dry up and crack up

Make sure it’s neosporin without pain relief.
