Picasso was in his enclosure and I was standing in front of it with the newspaper reading a story to my husband, I had the paper opened all the way and it really was blocking the enclosure, but when I had finished and moved the paper, Picasso was colors I have never seen, his horizontal markings very black, his green color was dark, very dark green and he was covered in black spots...did that make him too uncomfortable?....I don't want to do that again.
Sounds like it. Wonder if he though it was something getting you?
